The Heritage Hotel in Queenstown will host the 2024 conference from Thursday, 28 November, to Saturday, 30th. The venue is easily accessible from major cities, and participants from Australia can easily travel there.
The stunning views and atmosphere of the venue are critical in encouraging participation and creating a friendly environment, which is essential for the conference's success.
Who will come?
We are excited to expand participation to optometrists and other medical professionals this year. Our target audience will be professionals based in New Zealand and Australia, and we aim to have 150 participants.
This conference is supported by STONZ and NZRDA.
Our goal is to benefit medical practitioners and our patients by creating communication channels between women at different levels, regions, and sub-specialties.
Additionally, we aim to engage with female fellows, including non-trainees and specialists, from an early stage in their training, offering support and empowerment.
